1. Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).

However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly replace it.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

Once verified, Printful will reproduce and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to Printful.

We can reship the order to the corrected address, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
4. Lost Packages

5. Refunds

6. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products (including t-shirts, pants, or other apparel with unique designs) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
