Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with S2threads. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and deliver your order.

1. Order Processing & Mockup Approval

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • For customized designs, S2threads will email you a digital mockup for your review before we begin production.
  • This mockup is your opportunity to request any changes or adjustments (such as design placement, spelling, or color tweaks).
  • You must approve the mockup in writing (for example, by replying to the email) before your order moves into production.
  • Once you approve the mockup, your order is locked in:
    • No further changes or modifications can be made.
    • Any production completed in accordance with the approved mockup is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
  • After mockup approval, orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Area (U.S. Only)

  • At this time, S2threads only ships within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped from our facility in the United States using UPS and USPS as our primary carriers.
  • Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier, destination, and selected service.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (where available) will typically be shipped via USPS.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather or natural events
    • Peak periods (such as holidays)

S2threads is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been handed over to UPS or USPS.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Your shipping address
    • Order size
    • Package weight and selected shipping method
  • Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $300 (after discounts and before taxes).
  • Any active shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

6. Incorrect Addresses, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • S2threads is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If your package:
    • Has not arrived within 10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation, or
    • Is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it,

please contact us at support@s2threads.com with your order number.

We will:

  • Help you check the status with UPS or USPS
  • Ask you to verify the address and check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Assist with next steps; however, replacements or refunds for lost/“delivered” packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed, and before a mockup has been approved.
  • Once a mockup has been approved and your order has entered production, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
  • If you need to request a change or cancellation, please email support@s2threads.com as soon as possible with:
    • Your order number
    • Details of the requested change or cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is still within the allowed window.

8. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email support@s2threads.com within 3 calendar days of delivery and include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
