Welcome to S2threads. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any purchases you make from us (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order with S2threads.
• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or from your device.

2. Accounts (If Applicable)

• You may be able to create an account on the Site to save information and view order history.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for restricting access to your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders & Payment

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from S2threads. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
• All orders are subject to availability, mockup approval (for custom items), and our acceptance.
• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to:
• Correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information
• Cancel or refuse any order if pricing, stock, or other errors occur
• Payment must be made at the time of order using the options available at checkout.
• We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

4. Custom Products, Mockups & Approvals

Many S2threads products are customized or personalized.

• After you place an order for a custom product, we will send you a digital mockup of your design for review and approval.
• You are responsible for carefully reviewing the mockup, including:
• Spelling and text
• Colors (subject to normal printing variation)
• Design placement and layout
• You may request changes or adjustments before approving the mockup.

Once you approve the mockup:

• Your order enters production, and no further changes or cancellations are possible.
• Any production made in accordance with the approved mockup is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Slight color variations between on-screen mockups and physical products are normal and do not constitute a defect.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• S2threads currently ships only within the United States.
• Our primary carriers are UPS and USPS, and standard shipping times are typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
• We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $300 (after discounts, before taxes). See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Once we hand a package over to the carrier:

• Risk of loss passes to you.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
• S2threads is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our approach to returns and refunds is guided by the nature of our products (many of which are custom and made-to-order).

• Custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once mockup approval is given and production has started, except in cases of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Errors where the final product does not match the approved mockup

Non-custom items (if offered) may have different return rules.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to S2threads and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
• Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that may cause confusion without our consent.

8. User-Provided Content & Custom Artwork

When you upload or submit designs, images, text, or other content (“User Content”) for custom products:

• You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload the User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
• Your User Content does not contain anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You grant S2threads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
• Use, reproduce, and modify your User Content as necessary to create your products and fulfill your order.
• Display your finished designs in our marketing or portfolio materials only if you consent (for example, via written permission or specific agreement).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes User Content we believe is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms or our Custom Artwork & Design Guidelines.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• To upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• To harass, abuse, or harm others or to violate their rights.
• To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Site for any violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services provided by S2threads are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Site will be free from viruses or other harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• S2threads, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, products, or services, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Replacement costs
• Business interruption
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S2threads and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site or products
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
